Gasmate Deluxe Stainless Steel Pyramid Flame Heater

Love the look of the heater and it’s very warm but the flame does not go as high as pictured even with a full gas bottle which is disappointing. Also we found the assembly instructions were not very clear which was a bit of a challenge.

We love our Gasmate heater.It is ideal on our back door decking enabling us to sit outside comfortably in winter. The heat is at a perfect level when sitting down at our table. The Pyramid is also the ideal height & structure under our pergola not creating heat damage to the ceiling.

This is a great heater, we really like the electronic ignition. Quiet and easy Ove the old "clunk" hard buttons.
It looks great and warms nicely.
My one bug is the assembly instructions. They are poorly written (probably in China) and the diagram printing is blurry. They do not make clear the order of assembly and even miss mentioning a couple of the parts!
They are fiddly to assemble but just be patient. Aligning the holes in large metal panels and frames is fiddly. Put in screws loosely by hand for a whole assembled section before tightening any of them - the instructions don't say this but it's necessary.

Needed a gas heater for the deck (obviously!) and took the chance that this pyramid heater would be enough despite reading that the mushroom ones are hotter. Impressed that this one not only looks way nicer but actually gets pretty warm. Takes a bit to heat up the dispersal element at the top but once running it is great.

Electric start is nice. Took me a bit to work out to push and hold the dial in to light the pilot light before turning on to heat. But nice to have a pilot light for when putting it on brief 'standby'.

Instructions were fine. Two person job to make it pretty quick. Took us about 45 minutes but all went together easily enough. Very happy.

Great heater. Attractive and would well.

Did not receive the correct product. Received a black heater instead of stainless steel. Have previously complained but to date I have had no reply.
